Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopmissmeadow.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
