Shipping policy


At Miss Meadow, each order is packed with care and prepared as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders typically process within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated domestic delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Preorders

If an item is listed as a preorder, the estimated shipping window will be noted on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Miss Meadow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopmissmeadow.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Miss Meadow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building, or your local carrier first. We will do our best to help you locate your order where possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Miss Meadow ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Miss Meadow robe. If something is not right, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Unused

Free of stains, fragrance, pet hair, and signs of wear

Returned in original packaging with tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale items

Gift cards

Items marked final sale

Washed or worn robes

Items with visible signs of use

Mommy & Me Sets

Mommy & Me sets must be returned together as a complete set. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.
